Head of Community Banking and Client Protection, Bank of America

Christine leads Bank of America’s Community Banking which aims to empower economic mobility for underserved individuals, families and communities by connecting them to products and services, jobs and capital to help communities grow and thrive. 

She also oversees client protection operations related to fraud prevention, detection and resolution, ensuring client information is kept safe and secure. 

Christine is also responsible for driving operational excellence efforts throughout the Consumer & Small Business organization delivering world-class client care and fostering a strong risk and responsible growth culture in an operationally sound environment. 

She serves as chairman of the board for the Consumer Bankers Association and on the boards of the American Red Cross, the Charlotte Ballet and actively supports Junior Achievement, devoting time to volunteer in local schools.
