Head of Financial Health & Engagement Platform, Wells Fargo
Eduardo (Eddie) Queen is the head of Financial Health Engagement Platform, part of Consumer Data and Engagement Platforms in Consumer and Small Business Banking.
Eddie and his team are responsible for building and managing engaging, data-driven experiences that help customers improve their financial health through personalized guidance and deeper understanding of their needs and preferences. Their key targeted business outcomes are to improve customers’ trust and confidence in Wells Fargo, and drive share-of-wallet, retention and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Prior to this role, Eddie was the Head of Digital and Automated Investing at Wealth and Investment Management, where he was responsible for strategy and ongoing management of our direct-to-client investment offerings: WellsTrade, Intuitive Investor and Solutions. Before that, Eddie served as head of strategy for Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA).
Before joining Wells Fargo, Eddie held roles at Citi and Smith Barney, ranging from strategy and product development to marketing and segment management, across investing and banking. Eddie started his career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in São Paulo, Brazil, and Toronto, Canada, where he worked mostly in the financial services sector.
Eddie is an industrial engineer and earned his degree from the Escola Politécnica at the Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil. He is based in St. Louis, Missouri.
