Customer Strategies and Insights, Regions Bank

Michael Cyr manages the Underserved Customer Strategy for Regions Bank, focusing on alternative services for the “unbanked” customer. He also leads the bank’s Consumer Financial Health program.

Prior to joining Regions in 2013, Michael was a Marketing Director with BBVA Compass (formerly Compass Bank) from 2002 to 2013. Michael has a BA from Ursinus College and an MBA from Georgia State University.
