Throughout his career, Michael has been a trusted advisor to boards and management teams in addressing solutions to complex executive and broad-based compensation challenges. He has spent his career designing compensation programs for internal and external clients that align rewards with business strategy, corporate culture and sustainability, and the interest of stockholders.  

Michael has expertise in strategic and technical aspects of compensation, including institutional shareholder concerns, proxy disclosure, equity valuation and accounting, corporate finance, taxation, and securities rules.  

Since joining Mastercard in 2019, Michael responsibilities include, Executive and Equity Compensation, Sales Compensation, North America Benefits and Global M&A for Total Rewards.
